Red Chile con Carne

(serves 6-8)



  • 3 lbs. of lean pork, cut in 1” cubes
  • 2 jars of Ol’ Gringo Gourmet Red Chile Sauce
  • 2 Tbs Olive oil
  • Oregano, salt and pepper to taste



  1. Season cubed pork with salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. In a heavy skillet on medium high heat, saute pork in olive oil until cooked.
  3. Add Ol’ Gringo Gourmet Red Chile Sauce.
  4. Simmer for at least 20 minutes and serve. The longer you simmer, the more tender the pork. Serve with warm flour tortillas.

Consider adding additional Red Chile Sauce, pinto beans and/or potatoes for a hearty stew.
