Incorrect order: Give us a call, and we will correct it.
Damaged shipment: We take pride in our careful packaging, but damage can happen. If it does, contact us immediately with a description of the damaged outer and inner packaging; photos are most helpful. Once we verify the damage, Ol’ Gringo Chile Company will file a claim with the carrier and replace damaged items at no cost to you. Filing a claim directly with the carrier could void our efforts.
Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and all items must be received in new condition.
