 Ingredients: 1 jar Ol’ Gringo Red Sauce 1/2 onion, diced 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 1 dozen corn tortillas   Directions: Steam or lightly saute tortillas in oil and set aside.  If you are sauteing, blot the tortillas to remove excess oil. Ol’ Gringo Red Chile Con Carne (serves 6-8)   Ingredients: 3 lbs. of lean pork, cut in 1” cubes 2 jars of Ol’ Gringo Gourmet Red Chile Sauce 2 Tbs Olive oil Oregano, salt and pepper to taste   Directions: Season cubed pork with salt, pepper and oregano.
